Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Changed your mind?

  • Customers must notify us of their intent to return an item within seven (7) days of delivery by emailing contact@ohhobbies.com.
  • After approval, customers have fourteen (14) days to ship the item back.
  • Items must be in new, unopened, and unused condition to qualify for a return.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may:
    • Provide your own shipping label, or
    • Request a prepaid label from us, with the shipping cost deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale, closeout, and clearance items
  • Custom orders
  • Grab bags

Damaged Items in Transit

If your item was damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:

  1. Document the damage with clear pictures and any available video footage (e.g., doorbell footage).
  2. Email the evidence to contact@ohhobbies.com so we can assist you with a claim through the shipping company.
  3. Resolutions for damaged shipments are subject to each carrier’s insurance policies.

Cases of Theft 

  • If your package was stolen after delivery (porch piracy), please file a police report and email us at contact@ohhobbies.com with the details and supporting evidence.
  • We review theft cases on a case-by-case basis to determine the best course of action.

Exceptions & Special Cases

We understand that unique situations may arise. Exceptions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
